SCHOOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Lake Manitoba School will be accepting student Registrations for the 2023/2024 school year.
Please fill out the Student Registration form, print, fill out, sign and either bring them or email them directly to the school.
Students new to LMS or transferring to LMS:
- Student's legal full name
- Date of birth
- Gender (as indicated on birth certificate)
- Current school attended
- Grade
- Current address
- Primary phone number
- Email address
- Name of legal guardian and relationship to student
